When there are 3 trucks on the job you know some serious progress is being made. Our team starts work early… 6am. But we focus on having our field team work 4/10s so they can have more work/life balance. It’s hard enough to commute and have so much of life be work. So far so good… and 3 day weekends are so nice to have!
